Another funny story about food…Am an Indonesian but I love South Korea including their food (without pork of course) and my sis know that very well. So when I visited her in Guang Zhou, China, she was like really excited to bring me to one of Korean Restaurant in there with one of her Korean friends. But since we arrived early, my sis had the initiative to made the orders. Me? I couldn’t understand a single word they put on the menu since all written in Chinese and no English at all, so I trust my sister on that part ( since I thought she knows Chinese language after all ). When our order came one by one, I was really excited because it was my first experience to have real Korean Food and I just jump on them. When I already taste all and still enjoy our food, my sister’s friend came and he asked what menus my sister had and suddenly he turned to me and asked. “Are you a non Moslem?”… I was like eh? No, I am Moslem, like my sister. When I asked why he asked me that question, it turned out that my beloved sister had ordered menus that has pork in it and to add the surprise, the plate (my sister ordered only for me) that I like and still enjoy it at that time was a pork fried. I was really speechless at that time and my sister was like giving a sorry face to me. So there you go, thanks to my smart sister who forget the name of the food she had with her friend before yet had confidence at that time, I had lot of pork for my meal at that time XD.
